YMCA of Bucks and Hunterdon Counties is proud to announce the Athletes of the Month for January 2023.
Athletes of the Month are selected monthly for each branch as a way of recognizing young athletes who exemplify the Y core values of Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility.

Arlo, age 4 Run, Jump and Read Arlo always comes in ready to play, filled with energy, and is super polite. He is always a great listener during story time and is even eager to help clean up when class is over. Great job, Arlo! |

Avery, age 9 Gymnastics Avery is an athlete who always comes to class ready to learn and practice any new skill that her coaches introduce. She has shown great progress since beginning gymnastics class, and continues to get better each class. Avery always has a positive attitude and a smile on her face! |

Jackson P, age 5 Mixed Arts, Basketball, Junior Sixers, Swimming Jackson is in our facility 4 times a week doing different activities. He is always the first one in class and arrives with a smile. He is open to new ideas and is always excited to learn. |

Aurora, age 9 Gymnastics Aurora is an athlete who works hard at every practice and is always encouraging to other gymnasts in her group. She is very respectful to her coaches and even wrote her coach a letter of thankfulness at Thanksgiving time. Her smile and positive attitude is contagious with others in her group and her coaches say she is a pleasure to coach. |
