Our New Synergy Studio Now Open in Warminster!
YMCA of Bucks and Hunterdon Counties is happy to announce their new Synergy Studio in the Warminster branch.
The studio is now open and outfitted with a variety of functional training tools to take your workout to the next level including medicine balls, TRX suspension training, battle ropes, slam balls, rebound walls, heavy bags, plyo boxes, BOSU balance trainers, stability balls, kettlebells, sandbags and more.
This new space includes a rower and Airdyne bike set up on new turf flooring for the ultimate workout experience.
Functional Training improves posture, movement efficiency and overall muscular performance and benefits everyone from those looking to build strength, mobility, and balance to perform everyday activities to enhancing an athlete’s performance in high-level competitions by mimicking explosive, ballistic activities.
