Wonderful news for our members and community!
As we continue to update and merge our systems because of our recent merger, we are proud to announce that we will launch one association website on November 7 under the ymcabhc.org URL. This website will include information for both Bucks and Hunterdon County members on the structural platform we currently use for ymcabucks.org. It is completely smartphone and tablet compatible.
What you need to know:
On November 7, hcymca.org, hcymca.com, ymcabucks.org will all be redirected automatically. This process can be instantaneous, may take hours or the entire day. Please be aware that on November 7, online information and any documents linked from our website may not be available. Please plan accordingly.
Where do I find....?
The ymcabhc.org website is set up under five main headings: membership, programs, child care, schedules, locations and about. Based on analytics our most frequently accessed webpages and linked below to get you started as you explore:
<Schedules> All schedules for all branches are linked from this website including required aquatic group exercise registration links.
<Join online> A handy rate calculator to help you find the membership type and location that best meets your needs
<Programs> Find the current program registration schedule, links to each of our current program guides by branch as well as links to program and activity information.
<Member and Guest Information> Includes guest fees, policies and links to opt-in for email and text communications, facility app information, member and guest handbook and staff Bright Spot submission form.
<Locations> Hours, addresses and other information about all association locations including membership branches, camps, and child care centers.
<Employment> Looking to join our team? Find information and online application links on our HR webpage.
<Access your Account> While we are temporarily operating with two different program registration softwares based on county, we ask that members continue to utilize the account created based on where their home branch is located.
Why do some things still say "YMCA of Bucks County"?
Pardon our appearance. While we've made every effort to convert information and text to the new merged name, some of our video and print website components will take a little more time and are still being converted. While they continue to have our former name, we ask for your patience as we continue to update everything.
Anything new?
While available on our former sites, we want to ensure that you are aware of the new ways that we can receive up-to-date information about your programs and services including:
<Text Notifications> Be sure to sign up for text notifications based on branch and area of interest (including pools, group exercise and entire facility) to receive closure and cancellation notifications right to your smartphone.
<Email Opt-in> Opt in to receive your weekly member newsletter as well as information about summer camp. programs, events, facility updates and more. These remain two different links, based on county, so be sure to select the county where your home branch is located.
<Association-wide Smartphone App> Schedules, classes and challenges right at your fingertips.
Holiday Closures and Important Alerts - When applicable, important membership announcements and alerts will appear at the top of the website in a colored bar and will include association-wide notifications like holiday closures and program alerts. (All other notifications will be sent via text; be sure to opt-in)
