7th Grade Initiative
Providing all 7th Graders of Bucks County and Hunterdon County a free, annual teen membership; fostering youth development and healthy living
Citizenship Study Group
Anyone who is eligible to become a United States citizen is welcome to join our Citizenship Study Group. Program meets weekly via Zoom and is free to the community by the generosity of donors.
Empower U
A free, 12-week wellness program for teen girls in grades 7-10, designed to strengthen self-esteem, positive relationships and overall health

Healthy Horizons
A 12-week program designed to promote physical health and well-being and encourage community connection for those in the mental health recovery process.

Healthy Lifestyles
A free, 16-week program, open to all adults who are at risk for developing Type 2 Diabetes; focusing on lifestyle/behavior modification.

HeartStrong
Heart Strong is a unique exercise program specifically for patients who’ve participated in Doylestown Health cardiac rehabilitation and want to maintain optimal heart and vascular health. A collaboration between Doylestown Health and the Y, the Heart Strong program keeps patients fit with prescribed exercises from their cardiac rehab team.
Rock Steady Boxing POWer
A comprehensive, multifaceted, person-centered, fitness program designed to combat the symptoms of Parkinson’s Disease in a supportive environment for people living with PD and their care partners composed of Rock Steady Boxing, PWR!Moves, Parkinson's Cycle, and new virtual Parkinson's Boxing classes on Y Wellness 24/7!

NORM Running Program
Partnering with group homes that serve at-risk youth, guiding youth through the completion of a "Couch to 5K" running program

Safety Around Water
Educating children how to be safe around water; includes water testing and a free 8-week learn to swim experience.

THRIVE Cancer Wellness
A 12-week program to support cancer survivors with an evidence based cancer survivorship program. Focusing on recovering strength, endurance and an overall sense of well being.

A free, 12-week program dedicated to our veterans and their families, designed to nurture health, wellness and connection while providing a support network

A staff-led, recreational youth wheelchair basketball program that includes drills, practice and games; where every child can play with friends
