7th Grade Initiative
Providing all 7th Graders of Bucks County and Hunterdon County a free, annual teen membership; fostering youth development and healthy living
Empower U
A free, 12-week wellness program for teen girls age 12-15, designed to strengthen self-esteem, positive relationships and overall health
Program runs in fall, spring and summer
Healthy Horizons
A 12-week program designed to promote physical health and well-being and encourage community connection for those in the mental health recovery process.
Healthy Lifestyles
A free, 12-week program, open to all adults who are at risk for developing Type 2 Diabetes; focusing on lifestyle/behavior modification.

NORM Running Program
Partnering with group homes that serve at-risk youth, guiding youth through the completion of a "Couch to 5K" running program

Safety Around Water
Educating children how to be safe around water; includes water testing and a free 8-week learn to swim experience.

Stand Up
Stand Up is a 6-week hybrid program designed for young men (age 12-15) to enhance their self-image through physical activity, healthy relationships, and confidence-building.
THRIVE Cancer Wellness
A 12-week program to support cancer survivors with an evidence-based cancer survivorship program. Focusing on recovering strength, endurance and an overall sense of well-being.
Veterans Wellness
A free, 12-week program dedicated to our veterans and their families, designed to nurture health, wellness and connection while providing a support network.
We All Wheel
A staff-led, recreational youth wheelchair basketball program that includes drills, practice and games; where every child can play with friends
Community Gardens
YMCA of Bucks and Hunterdon Counties offers two association gardens available for community use or for specific program.
